Eligibility for Returns
- Unused and unopened products: You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
- Damaged or faulty products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at info@biostem.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Shipping: We will provide instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return.
- Used Products: We cannot accept returns of used products unless they are defective.
- Free Gifts: Free gifts with purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
